I’m using Blue, Green, and Brown for my wedding because my favorite color is blue, his is green, and brown symbolizes God because brown balances the other two out. The trees are green, the sky is blue, and God meant for those two colors to be together. With just blue (woman) and green (man) together it doesn’t look very good, but when you add brown (God) it becomes beautiful.

1I’m getting married on July 11, 2009. I’m using a deep pink & green. For the ceremony flowers we have lots of deep hott pink yet it is still elegant. We’ve also used a deep green (in between lime & green.) For the reception we’ve used the same colors but made it fun & flirty! There’s a million diiferent ways you can bring out your colors! Congrats!

3It depends on the season for me.
If I have a fall wedding I would you a rich, dark purple and brown and if I have it it spring it would be a pinkish orange color and brown.
I really like brown to and that’s the color I would have my bridesmaids wear.

8I love that!
My colors are orange and brown. Orange because my favorite flower is orange roses and brown because the 2 colors are very pretty together.

9Im having a summer wedding, my main colors are aqua blue and white, with accents of different shades of pink. I was afraid if I went with hot pink it would be too bright, and if I went with too light it would look to babyish..so different shades of pink looks great. they are both my fav color. My fiance also loves blue…and he has no say with the pink lol

10Red: My favourite colours are red and green but I LOVE the colour red. I am a very quiet reserved person so I don’t really use red in my life as much as I would want to. So I figure this will be the only time on my life I will be able to decorate in, wear parts of, have flowers in and be largely surrounded by this colour so I thought, what the heck, why not!!!!

12I like your idea– those colors sound beautiful together.
We’ll be using LOTS of colors. The theme for our wedding is wildflowers, so any color that can be found on the wildflowers in our area will be included (yellow, red, blue, purple, green, pink… pretty much every bright, summery color you can imagine).

15Well, my wedding is going to be in the winter, so we are using varying shades of blues, silver, and white, with hints of red and brown included sporadically. The brown and red are going to be in the centerpieces, as well as some silver, the tablecloths are a dark blue on top with a lighter blue underneath and hanging lower, and there will be fake ice pieces scattered in the middle of each table. We’re also using blue and white Christmas lights for accent lighting and the cake is going to be 5 layers, each on its own pedestal, in the shape of a hexagon with silver metallic looking icing and a snowflake on top. Our actual cake topper is our monogram in silver, smaller than the snowflake.
